We are personally shipping the orders once or twice per month. It might take us up to a couple of weeks to ship your order. The second press of CDs is scheduled to arrive in the second week of June. Orders containing this item, will be packed and shipped once the CDs have arrived. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping costs
We are personally packing the merch and shipping them worldwide from Germany - except the Mugs and Tank Tops which are printed on demand and shipped by a third party. The shipping cost will be adjusted to accommodate the extra shipping of those items. All parcels will be insured and have tracking number available through DHL.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you received a damaged product, please get in contact with us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. In case of damage, we ship again at our own expenses. If something is wrong again, the third shipping is not contemplated.
Refunds
Refunds are only possible to customers who had their packages lost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
