Our prodcuts are produced on demand and being shipped by our fulfillment partner Printful directly to you. The production takes around 5 business days, and the shipping time will depend on where you're located.
CD's and Patches are personally shipped by the band from Nungara's HQ in Berlin. It might take us 1-2 weeks to process and ship your order. Thank you for your patience!
Your order might be shipped in multiple packages depending on how our fulfillment partner handles the shipment. We will send you different tracking numbers in that case.
Is delivery available worldwide?
Yes, we ship most products worldwide. However, due to recent tax regulation changes, we're temporarily not shipping CD's and Patches to the USA.
All other products are being shipped normally to all countries.
Tracking number
Every parcel comes with a DHL tracking number for your convenience. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details to monitor its journey.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within one week of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will cover the cost of reshipping the item. However, please note that a third attempt at shipping is not guaranteed if further issues occur.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for packages that are confirmed as lost during transit.
